182 Cabell Lane is a Residential Master planning for a 14.4 acre site located in Northumberland county Virgina. This presentation is a study of the site, surrendering context, and neighborhood. The conceputual schemes were developed with the intent to maximize potential along the waterfront by building beach front homes along with a shared amenity space on the 14.4 acre site.
